Every time we go to Blaze I almost get giddy thinking of the wonderful flavors of their dishes. I'm amazed by the imagination and creativity of the dishes and especially the way the sides complement the entree. A lot of thought (at least it would take a lot of thinking on my part) goes into the preparation of the menu and is carried all the way through to the first (and last) bite.
I'm in a wheelchair and have always been comfortable at Blaze. It's not a large restaurant, But I've always been welcomed and shown to my table with no problem. It's a fun place to go, have a drink, eat dinner and have a great time.

I would love everyone to know what a wonderful experience eating at Blaze has been for my husband and I. We dined there the night the restaurant opened and has been regulars ever since.
